Description | Requirements, mainly in the field of social legislation and in the field of wages and employment, thus significantly social orientation; the original mission of trade associations and organizations, i.e. mutually supportive, receded into the background. The contribution Study is based on research archival document, the share of trade unions (of diffetŕent orientation) in the establichment of the founations of a new social policy of the state, leading to cooperation of state and voluntary social care, which was reflected in the growing employeses confidence in trade unions, expressed in an increase in membership. |
