Description Our working group has focused on the chemostratigraphic (element analysis by XRF, d13Ccarb), petrophysical (gamma-ray spectrometry, magnetic susceptibility) and biostratigraphic (conodonts, foraminifers) high-resolution survey of fourteen DCB sections across Europe. They are located in the Montagne Noire (France), Rhenish Slate Mountains (Germany), Ardennes (Belgium), Carnic Alps (Austria), Pyrenees (France) and Moravian Karst (Czech Republic).
