Description | The vaginal delivery of monochorionic diamniotic twins after completed 32 gestational week of pregnancy is not associated with higher neonatal morbidity and mortality compared with those delivered by elective Caesarean section. Neccessary condition is close intrapartum monitoring and exclusion of cases with known or suspected twin-transfusion syndrome. |
