Description | Human papillomavirus (HVP) has been recognized as an etiologic and prognostic factor in head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC). In our study we analyzed archival (2001–2010) formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues from patients with primary oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas for comparison of different detection methods. |
