Description In chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) tumour initiation and progression are linked to the interplay between cellextrinsic and cell-intrinsic mechanisms. Cell-extrinsic mechanisms relate to the crosstalk of CLL cells with their microenvironment through various receptors, including the B-cell receptor (BcR).
