| Description | The main purpose of the article is to analyze the interaction between financial law and the insolvency that is regulated by the Act No.182/2006 Coll., on the insolvency and its resolutions (Insolvency Act),as amended, in the Czech Republic. The insolvency law could be considered as one of the typical examples of civil law projection in the public financial law. |
