| Description | There are many ways and areas in which word clouds can be a useful tool enhancing effectiveness of foreign language learning strategies. It is easy to create, for free and due to its engaging graphic nature it may serve as an interesting lesson opener, as a powerful tool in reading comprehension development, as a stimulation for improving writing, speaking and critical thinking skills, as a platform for error analysis or new vocabulary apprehension and further training. Having certain specifics on mind, teachers may successfully benefit from using word clouds to teach Slavic languages as well. |
