| Description | The paper examines the criminal proceedings of juveniles in selected countries of EU to point out the differences and similarities which can be useful in criminal cooperation between the states. The purpose is to find out whether these legal orders comply with EU law in the field of harmonisation and reciprocal recognition and whether they include specialized regulation on juveniles. |
