• Description: As a result of this stage produces a basic version of 3D GIS application. In the course of the stage, following actions arr taken: system requirements specification, use cases analysis, system architecture design, server and client interface design, integration to other applications, proposed technologies internal testing, integrity guarantee; integration mechanisms interface development, basic analytic tools development.
