| Description | Law can not be separated from the period in which the law operates. Paper characterizes changes in law occurring in the context of post-modern society. Postmodern period brings about relativization of social values and norms and relativizes the form and content of the law. Deconstruction of law leads to the loss of systemicity of law. |
