| Description | Based on analysis of case law of regional and high courts concerning health care, the author presents fundamental types of sitation when the right to protection of one´s personality is breached: violation of informed consent, breach of the right to healt, death of a relative, protection of secondary victim, wrong diagnosis and violation of confidentiality. |
