Description The shoulder joint is a joint with the greatest range of motion in the human body. Allows a huge range of motion and is capable of great strength. Due to these unique capabilities is very prone to injury. The range of healthy joint is individual. Depends on the degree of fitness - adaptovanosti, age, disability, sex. Disproportionate burden on the shoulder joint during different movements and during the implementation of sporting activities created especially for reasons too many repetitions, lack of functional readiness joint (heating and warm-up), too great range of motion, technically incorrect implementation of motion, increased overweight and obesity. Correct implementation of gymnastic movements and proportionate burden is preventing damage and health problems in the shoulder, joint. For a reasonable and regular exercise, releases muscle, muscle cramps are freed, abates joint stiffness.
