| Description | The Czech Republic is currently faced with the task of reforming civil procedure. The work reacts to the current topic; based on analysis of the current state of the Czech civil procedure seeks to outline form, which should have a modern civil procedure. The individual elements of the modern civil process are not examined in isolation, but as part of the so-called social concept of civil procedure. |
