| Description | The aim of this paper is to discuss the change in the approach to human resource management (structure of the team) in projects aimed at tourism and regional development in general after the introduction of indirect costs. The analysis includes basic descriptive statistics on the structure of the team for 36 model projects and discusses the causes and consequences of changes in human resource management in the context of measures of indirect costs in the budgets of regional development projects. |
