Description | Paper reflects the possibilities of participatory mapping using the concept of crowdsourcing during the collection of geographic data (volunteered geographic information). Model implementation of Ushahidi platform in the educational process mapping risk situations demonstrates the flexibility of using this data. We discussed the platform facilities within the elective course in Geographic Information Systems in Applied Crisis Management taught at the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. |
