| Description | According to work and employment there have been many changes in the Czech Republic in the last years: in the legislation, at the labour market, in the attitudes of the society, of the employers and the people with disabilities as well. In this workshop the changes of the last years will be introduced. Further the results of questioning the guidance counsellor and the first results of a qualitative research with employers will be presented. The discussion will focus the surveys in employment in both countries. |
