| Description | The aim of the study was to investigate mortality during hospitalization (in-hospital) patients with isolated fractures of the proximal end of the femur solved surgically between 2011 and 2012.Rizikovými factors for in-hospital mortality after isolated fractures of the proximal end of the femur solved surgically were found in this group of patients male gender, ASA 3 or more, older age, and general anesthesia. |
