| Description | This collection (yearbook) focuses on selected means of protection of affected persons? rights, which are handled by the public administration itself, and on the mutual relationship of such means. The collection also provides a reflection of necessary or possible impacts of the European legal and administrative space, and its standards. The presentations (articles) were written within the theoretical, application practice, and comparative views (especially comparing with the Slovak law). Such presentations bring critical analysis of the specific means of individual rights? protection, and they also deal with an evaluation of effectiveness of such means, doing so from the view of the affected persons (participants) and from the view of fulfilment of public administration?s objectives. Few presentations (articles) brought i. a. thoughts on new possible forms of protection of affected persons? rights, or on procedures enhancing the effectiveness of individual rights? protection. |
