| Description | The aim of the study was to determine whether patients diagnosed with hypertension aged 61 years and more familiar with non-pharmacological treatments for their disease, including the benefits of physical activity. In the case of positive responses was examined whether some kind of physical activity also run these seniors. Although the majority of patients stated that they know about the need for dietary regime as well as the maintenance of physical activity, most respondents had a BMI above the norm, at the stage of obesity. |
