| Description | The Council of Europe supports the learning of foreign languages in order to achieve greater mobility and understanding between the citizens of the countries of the European Union. For learners and teachers who are interested in foreign languages, created a framework that describes and recommends certain practices in language learning, in their teaching and in measuring and evaluating the results of these activities. The basis for the assessment and description of the operation of foreign languages have become reference levels in terms of educational policy perceived as authoritative, in terms of practical training are sometimes difficult to grasp.
