| Description | Adolescence is a breakthrough period when a boy becomes a man. A relationship to physical activities, which should be an inseparable part of the life of a fit human, is also formed in this period. Due to the increase in study and working requirements, there can occur a lack of time for regular physical activities outside the compulsory subject of Physical Education at school. |
