| Description | The paper deals with the effects of the recent decision of the Municipal Court in Prague, which to a certain extent questioned the integrity of clients information stored by a attorney in the data storage operated by the service provider. The text deals with the obligation of confidentiality, applicable law related to search and seizure of evidence and a role of the Czech Bar Association. We describe the situation which was the court dealing with, and the opinion of the court itself. The second half of the paper discusses the implications for the use of cloud by attorneys. It shows in particular which aspects of the described case are specific and which constitute more general observations on the whole matter. |
