Description | The importance of physical activity in the prevention of metabolic syndrome is not only desirable to influence the energy balance, but especially in the metabolic effects of morphological changes and clinical aspects. Even with regard to cardiovascular disease has a better prognosis obese individual is physically fit, slender than the individual who does not perform any physical activity. It follows that physical fitness in obese individuals is superior preventive factor in comparison with the weight loss. Physically and eating habits acquired in childhood tend to persist into adulthood, so in primary prevention necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle has children from a young age. |
