| Description | The chapter in a monograph is focused on the the experience from various Central European countries with the practical implementation of reforms in private law. The author deals with the problem of interpretation and application of the legal texts and concludes that in all countries where reform has been implemented we can find temporarily decreasing of legal certainty. The author further focuses on the legal tradition and with the example of immaterial things in the legal sense he shows how legal traditions in different countries may influence the interpretation of similar legal texts. |
