| Description | This chapter deals with the issue of submission to jurisdiction. An introduction brings a general characterization of this institute in the sense of Article 26 of the Brussels Regulation Ibis. The rest of the chapter is devoted to the analysis of the relevant case-law of the CJEU bringing more light into many application problems which arose before national courts. |
