| Description | This paper is focused on legal remedies system in the considered recodification of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It starts with a few theoretical, conceptual and systematical remarks for a better understanding of the topis and later follows the division of legal remedies to ordinary and extraordinary. Both chapters regarding this division consist of introducing the proposed changes and differences that the considered recodification is possibly going to bring and more detailed focus on the novelties and changes that may effect the course of a criminal procedure in everyday praxis. |
