Description | A main goal of this contribution is introduction of an idea of creating new e-learning course for HEMS crew members. High-quality education programmes for HEMS crew members (doctors and paramedics) with an emphasis on clarity, creativity, the visual aspects, time flexibility and innovation, are the main goals of creating the new e-learning course. The course features alternating years of regular classroom-based training session, complemented by e-learning based instruction. The e-learning elements - which enhance the understanding of complex issues - of videos, 2D animations, photographs with captions etc. are already in use today to improve classroom-based education. All of this and more is done with the sole aim of improving safety. |
