| Description | Submitted material includes basic rules of athletics multi-event competitions. Students of FSpS MU participate in the multi-event competition consisting of hurdle race (men – 110m, women – 100m), long jump, high jump, shot put and run (men – 1500m, women – 800m). A special attention is also paid to didactics process used during the training of the above mentioned disciplines. |
