| Description | Students are shown demonstrations of training units for different age groups, they learn about didactic, methodological and organizational forms in the training procedure and about the possible use of compensatory exercise within football training. Within the framework of the course students are obliged to complete and in writing evaluate a one-week internship with a youth category football team. They learn to create a battery of compensatory exercises and consequently use these exercises in the training units for young athletes. |
