| Description | Students learn about the procedures concerning training the youth. They also learn about the principles of motor skills development, about the structure and individual types of the training units and about various training cycles. Within the framework of the course students are obliged to complete and in writing evaluate a two-week internship in a junior football team. They have to record methodological output of individual training units on video which they have to analyze and evaluate. After a successful completion of this course students are able to draw up a training unit focusing on strength abilities development in individual youth age groups. |
