Description | Many different metrics are used to evaluate and compare performance of student models. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of commonly used metrics, to discuss properties, advantages, and disadvantages of different metrics, and to summarize current practice in research papers. The paper should serve as a starting point for workshop discussion about the use of metrics in student modeling. |
