| Description | The textbook is designed primarily for master students of Land Law. The publication is focused on the specifics of legal relationship to the land. The private and public legal aspects of the land law issues are considered in relation to the legal regulation in force with emphasis on the recodification of private law and including the necessary development overlaps.
