| Description | This paper focuses on a relatively key phenomenon of Administrative Justice. The so-called substantive conception and material looking at various outputs of public administration has relatively high importance in terms of the admissibility of subsequent judicial control and provide legal protection. The key role in this paper takes the material understanding of the decision, which is attached brief comparative perspective with other countries. The purpose of the paper is to show how it is called. Substantive conception of the currently perceived, while article shall also state the possible shifts, as found in the current case law. |
