| Description | Protection of possession and related procedure raises new questions for the Czech legal theory and practice. The interpretation of the relevant provisions belongs primarily to the courts of appeal and the theory. Much of the inspiration, however, we can find in the Austrian law. Longtime Austrian experience may help the clarification of the fundamental problems of interpretation. |
