| Description | Training videos are part of the book The framework of professional qualities and kindergarten teachers. Both materials are generated under the project "Development of personal and professional competencies of teachers and nursery and primary schools to higher quality education" (CZ.1.07 / March 1, 00 / 48.0022). Presented videos show examples of professional activities, such as the ability to differentiate education, provide children with feedback behave a partner, ask open questions, share their experiences, to reflect on their work, etc. The quality of the videos captured and subsequent questions (or. Tasks), have open the way to discussion of what is desirable, what preschool children supports the development of key competencies and encourage reflection on their own practices and levels of professional skills. |
