Description | Paper offers a case study of a possible approach to the education and training of human resources in the field of sport in the Czech Republic. Based on the combination of theoretical concepts of human resource management, knowledge management and the need for professionalization in sport, the concept of education for the position of referees in selected sports in the form of higher education was created. Bachelor's degree concept and its implementation at Faculty of Sport Studies, Masaryk Univeristy were supported by the project founded from The Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme (ECOP)- Innovation of the Physical Education and Sport, focusing on referees in team sports CZ.1.07/2.2.00/15.0190. Through qualitative questionnaire survey among students during the study , the structure of the study program in relation to the perceived usefulness of individual subjects was analyzed. Using in-depth interviews with a selected group of graduates , the factors that restrict the full realization of professionalized human resources (referees in soccer and ice hockey ) were identified. On the basis of a qualitative survey and assessment of the situation on the labor market of referees in team sports the effectiveness of the proposed approach to the professionalisation of sport is reflected |
