Description | Rocuronium (ROC) is commonly used neuromuscular blocking agent for caesarean section (CS) in general anaesthesia (GA). There are two alternatives for active reversal of neuromuscular blockade at the end of surgery: sugammadex and neostigmine. The aim of this study was to find out whether sugammadex shorten recovery time of ROC induced neuromuscular blockade (NMB) for CS in comparison to neostigmine. |
