| Description | In the work the muscular activity during breaststroke and crawl swimming was evaluated and comparised. In the both swimming styles we found higher relative temperature in regions of agonist for swimmer´s movement forward - m. triceps brachii (more in style breaststroke). In the swimming crawl we found higher temperature of muscles for transfer of the arm over water (m. deltoideus - pars posterior et lateralis). The work opens posibility of objective evaluation of muscular metabolic and circulatory activity during swimming by infrared thermography. |
