Description | Pupil evaluation is an expression of teacher professional competence and thus becomes an important topic in preparatory teacher education. However, students´ pedagogical thinking is influenced by the real situation in schools where pedagogical training takes place. The key person is the faculty teacher trainer who - in the role of a mentor - supports the implementation of theory into practice. In the presented essay the authors outline the similarities and differences between the theoretical and practical approach to the evaluation of pupil results in training schools. On the basis of the content analysis of the results of structured and non-structured observation the authors formulate measures that could support the interconnection between theoretical and practical preparation in the question of pupil evaluation. |
