| Description | This article deals with some aspects of the regulation of compensation for immaterial damage in Czech Civil Code. First chapter contains author's reflection on the essence of the term damage on health, and it deals also with the purpose and sense of compensation for non-pecuniary damage on health. The second part of this article contains the analysis of the article nr. 2958 of the Civil Code. |
