Description | Author of the article tries to bring in professional discourse view of the undergraduate education of kindergarten teachers at the tertiary level. It uses the results of several probes that are implemented by the students of Kindergarten Teacher Training (Horká, Syslová a Grůzová 2014; Syslová 2015) to improve the process of formation of professional skills. Particular attention is paid to the development of reflective skills in line with the so-called realistic training (Korthagen 2011). In conclusion presents research on selective focus students' attention as the basis for building a reflective skills. The survey was the first year 21 students, who were supposed to provide written comments on a five-minute video. These unstructured written narratives were further analyzed by inductively. Results showed that students focus their attention on the activity of the teacher and are often critical to their work. In much less focus on children, which is consistent with other research in this area (van Es a Sherin 2002; Janík et al. 2014; Sonmez a Hakverdi-Can 2012). |
