| Description | The paper surveys the systém of definitions and key concepts used in the EU financial services legislation. In a previous paper (2013), the author reviewed the European Commission´s "Cross-sectoral Study on Terminology as Devined in the EU Financial Services Legislation" and presented his recommendation on how the study may be extended. In this paper, the autor supported the original results, and extended his analysis. Not only did he focus on complexity of the EU financial services terminology, but he also pointed out the issue of legal language and translation of the financial services legislation.
