| Description | Brownfields represent a major obstacle in the regional development, which removal is not possible through the environment of property market, but mostly through activity of public sector. Recent predictions estimate total count of brownfields on 10 000 in Czech Republic. Considering this value it is necessary to create adequate instruments, which provide to public sector tools for prioritisation of brownfields from market point of view. It is necessary to built up a prioritisation system of brownfields based on market potential. This contribution contains utilization of factor and spatial analysis as a possible feature in brownfield prioritisation system. |
