| Description | During the workshop, participants presented and discussed contributions to the issue of public prosecution in international, European, as well as national context. Discussion was aimed for example on the role of public prosecution in continental legal system and in common law, the influence of public prosecutors on the development of international criminal law, with particular focus on negotiating plea bargain, the European public prosecutor’s office, the role of public prosecutor in pre-trial proceedings, or for example on the opportunity of establishing Special public prosecution office in the Czech Republic. |
