| Description | Drug criminality is very specific in gaining the sufficient amount of the evidence which lead to final judgement concerning the offender of drug delicts. The author’s aim is to map the practices of usually used evidence while proving criminal conduct with drug character. But in the same time she will try to talk about specific ways of proving drug criminality in the cases which are unusual. |
