| Description | The paper is devoted to the status of the real estate owner in the processes in the field of environmental law. At first, attention is paid to the categorization of these processes and their basic characteristics, both in terms of their procedural form (processes “sui generis”, process of issuing the Measures of General Nature and administration procedure), and as regards the position of real estate owners in them. Then they are closer characterized the selected processes in the field of environmental law with an emphasis on the position of the real estate owner in them (namely: the EIA process, the permit procedure of the IPPC and administrative processes in the selected parts of the environmental law). |
