| Description | In my article, I intend to focus on net neutrality from the standpoint of competition law. I will briefly introduce the idea of net neutrality and the aims it attempts to fulfil. Further, I will describe the key characteristics of a relevant market of internet access. I will also summarize the criteria of relevant competition infringements. I will apply such criteria to the described relevant market model. The conclusion of my article will be the legal qualification of net neutrality and its breaches from the standpoint of competition law. In case the breach of net neutrality constitutes a competition infringement, I will introduce preventive and restorative measures. |
