Description | This contribution tackles the issue of tension between the needs of adaptation or individualisation of crimininal proceedings to specific new requirement and challenges that the modern age brings and the need to uphold a unified conception of the criminal proceedings. Aforesaid thoughts are demonstrated on an ongoing reform of criminal process in the Czech Republic. |
