Description | Surgical approach concerning cholecystolithiasis - cholecystectomy is one of the most frequent type in Czech Republic. Major influencing factor is the fact, that cholecystolithiasis occurs in approx 20% of Czech population. Symptomatology is various and is conditional to other factors without any relation to bile ducts. Incomplete differential diagnostics of the symptoms before surgery could cause symptom-persistence after surgery. Cholecystectomy could be relatetd to other complications and also the performance is often very difficult. I tis very valuable knowledge of anatomy in the investigated area. Always i t is necessary to carefully consider the indication to the surgical treatment of biliary disorders . |
