| Description | The Almanac represents the results of conference „III. Czech-Slovak legal-historical meeting of post-graduate students“ organised by Department of the History of the State and Law on the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University on June 10th 2015 in Brno. This event was third meeting of post-graduate students from Czech and Slovak faculties in domain of legal history and Roman law. There are 31 contributions in the Almanac. All of them deal with three ranges: older legal history, modern legal history (20th century), general (world) legal history and Roman law and its reception in modern legal codes. Authors are partly experienced legal historians and Romanists and partly whole beginners with first opportunity to publish in this Almanac. |
